2. Your order

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times and prices are on our delivery page. The items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained on our returns page. This doesn’t apply to items made to your personal specification.
6. Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.
7. Using our products safely
Our products must be used in line with the safety instructions on the label and on our Safety page. Never leave burning candles or lit burners unattended.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using products against the safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
