Scents & strength
How strong are your wax melts?
Very. Every scent is rated on our Strength Scale: Strong fills a room, Stronger fills the downstairs, and Proper Strong you’ll smell from the front door.
How long does a wax melt last?
Each cube gives hours of scent, and you can re-melt it until the fragrance fades. How long depends on your burner and the room size.
Can I mix scents?
Yes! Put cubes of different scents in the dish together to make your own blend. Our pick & mix boxes are perfect for experimenting.
I have allergies. Is this safe for me?
Fragrances contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions in some people. Check the allergen information for each scent on our Safety page before buying.
Are your products safe around pets?
Always use candles and burners well out of reach of pets, in a ventilated room, and never leave them unattended. Some animals, especially birds, are sensitive to fragrance, so if you’re unsure, check with your vet.

How much is delivery?

Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose to collect at one of our upcoming markets at checkout.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course. Add a gift message in the order notes at checkout.
What if I need to return something?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Our returns page explains how.
Wax melts & candles
What do I need to use wax melts?
A wax burner: either a tealight burner or an electric warmer. We sell burners too.
How do I get old wax out of my burner?
Pop the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes once the wax has set, and it will lift straight out. Our wax melt guide has more tips.
How do I stop my candle tunnelling?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar. See our candle care guide.
