How strong is proper strong?
Every scent we make gets a rating on the Strength Scale, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
Strong
Fills the room it’s melting in. Lovely for bedrooms and smaller spaces.
Stronger
Drifts through the whole downstairs. Our everyday favourite strength.
Proper Strong
You’ll smell it from the front door. Not for the faint-hearted.

Can I pick the same scent more than once?
Yes. Tap “+ Add” as many times as you like. If you love Black Cherry, a whole box of it is fine by us.
What’s a snap bar?
A bar of wax melt made of snap-off cubes. Pop one or two cubes into your burner and save the rest for later.
How long does a snap bar last?
Each cube gives hours of scent, and you can re-melt the same wax until the scent fades. Our wax melt guide has the details.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Of course. Add a gift message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll pop it in the box.
What if a scent sells out?
Sold-out scents disappear from the builder until they’re back. Join our newsletter to hear about restocks.
