We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
- Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal and Square
- Delivery: Royal Mail
- Website hosting and security: OVHcloud and Cloudflare
- Emails: [MailPoet / Brevo] for order and newsletter emails
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are deleted once they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop sending marketing. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
