We post across the UK with Royal Mail. Every order is packed by hand, with wax melts in letterbox-friendly packaging wherever possible.

When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3] working days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Hot weather
Wax melts can soften in very hot weather. It won’t affect the scent, and they set again once cool. If a heatwave is forecast we may hold your parcel for a day or two, and we’ll let you know.
